The battery is the long white piece of the GreenSmoke electric cigarette (not the part that looks like the filter).
The battery is designed to optimize the balance between usage time and weight.
The battery is made of lithium ion, similar to batteries you would use for certain cameras or watches.
Allow 2-3 hours for the battery to charge.
You’ll know that it is time to recharge it when the light starts blinking. Other signs that the battery is running down would be if you notice that inhaling becomes more difficult, or the amount of smoke diminishes on a new or fairly new cartridge.
Some of our customers like to have extra batteries so they can keep one at home, work, car, etc. Others like to always have one available. When one is charging you can use the other. Either way, it’s good to have an extra one or two.

My husband and I were 1+ pack a day smokers. Met someone who had an electronic cigarette and showed it to me. So I started searching the internet and decided on Green Smoke based on the reviews. We have had them over a month now and haven’t smoked a regular cigarette since. The action is just like a cigarette…..unlike the patch, gum, etc. We get the nicotine that we, unfortunately, are addicted to, but not all the other stuff. I work in a non-smoking place, but can use it there because it doesn’t smell or have smoke…….it is wonderful and I love it. I also hope that the fact there are different nicotine levels will help us eventually quit.

OK – For me this is about quitting smoking in the traditional sense. I have to have quite major surgery in the next couple of weeks and knew that if it were to be successful that I had to stop, but gradually… I started with Green Smoke #4 and after a few weeks have weaned myself off to #0. For me it is the oral gratification that nothing else provides e.g. patch or gum. So when I have my coffee at breakfast or my glass of wine in the evening I am totally happy and feel as though I am still smoking. Also what is really good is that there are no carcinogens such as tar and carbon monoxide. My smokers cough went within a couple of days!! This is the BEST invention ever! By the way I had spend quite a few $$$ on other brands of e-cig but none compare to this. Go for it, you will not be disappointed!

Well, I had to buy a new battery since I used the old ‘100-length’ battery to the point that it wouldn’t recharge! While just a bit pricey, it’s well worth it when you realise that this one battery can run about 150-200 cartridges dry – roughly 7 to 10 cartons or about $250 to $400 equivalent in tobacco! THAT makes it worth it’s cost – especially as that’s money I saved from Green-smoking instead of burning tobacco…

Well I definitely did my research before deciding which to buy. I’ve been a sucker for many ‘gimmicks’ in the past and I never ever before heard of an electronic cigarette. So, I did the research, saw some silly youtube videos but it really helped to decide. If I was going to spend the money on anything, I figured just go with the brand that looks most convenient. I am not a Greensmoke salesman nor do I intend to be. I got my package yesterday. My first instinct…..I WAS WOW’ED!! I mean, it feels like you’re smoking, the vapor feels like smoke. It’s amazing the difference between the natural feel of the ecigarette vs the real cigarette. I’m only giving it four stars though because the battery takes a mighty long time to charge 3-4 hours and I’m finding one charge only lasts half the day. My first cartridge lasted 1 day. The claim is that one cartridge is equivalent to 1 to 2 packs of cigarettes, if you generally smoke only 15 cigs a day, this will probably last you two days. If you smoke 25 or more a day, it will last 1 day. I’m sure as time goes on, each cartridge will last longer. All in all, I was sceptical of this product but I am thoroughly pleased. It arrived very quickly and if I could get it to using only this product with no cigarettes and eventually quitting nicotine all together….that would be amazing. It was fun so far watching people’s reactions at work……shock, complete shock. Truly a conversation piece, and one that works.
I just got my starter kit a few days ago.I was really not expecting too much.Well I am so far very happy with this product.I ordered extra cart. of different tastes ,trying to find the right one for me.Ken and David from the company have been helpful and patient ,talking to me on the phone.I am thinking about ordering another starter kit, just to have extras of everything.Green Smokes thank you
From the first moment I tasted/”vaped” a GS after my brother had bought a start-up kit and loved them: I knew that I had found something that’s right for me. I recently ordered the 8 pack “bargain” of filters 6mg nicotine and they are great tasting and suit me perfectly! However, I intend to try some packs of filters with only 4mg nicotine and I’ll bet that they will taste just as well. I had back surgery on and throughout the night after the surgery, I vaped all night long with a tobacco tip and not one nurse or aide said a thing! Oh, also the battery with the USB cord will work with the device that plugs into your lighter outlet whether the car is one or off!!!! I use it all the time when I’m driving. In fact, I plan to get another, as you don’t have to wait for a regular battery to recharge! Just an FYI!
Hi, I’m very interested in Linux but Im a Super Newbie and I’m having trouble deciding on the right distribution for me (Havent you heard this a million times?) anyway here is my problem, I need a distribution that can switch between reading and writing in English and Japanese (Japanese Language Support) with out restarting the operating system.
I really like Debian linux. When I first started using Linux, I was all about the Red Hat. I used Mandrake for a long time, then it switched to Mandriva. Then I used SuSe for a little while but it was missing some major components that I needed. I always needed to keep windows on a second partition.
I used to use Xandros for a little while. I had to pay $100.00 for it and at the time I thought it was well worth it because it was the first Linux distro that I could install Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver without any problems at all. It came bundled with Crossover Office Pro so I did not really need to keep Windoze around if I did not want to.
Now I use Linux Mint. It is free the way linux should be and I can install Photoshop and dreamweaver with no problems at all using Wine. Linux Mint is an upgraded version of Ubuntu which, in my opinion, is the best version of Linux available.
I designed and built this site and all of my other sites that are currently online on a linux mint box.
